All products sold on our website are children's clothing items. We take care to describe our products accurately, including sizing information, materials, and care instructions. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen display differences.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend products without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, our website is unavailable at any time.

 

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We will send you an order confirmation email, which constitutes our acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed at this point.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if we are unable to verify payment.

All prices are displayed in your local currency where available. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept payment via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you complete checkout.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom and internationally. Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping Policy page. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in the destination country — these are the responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or events outside our control.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

• UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
• We do not accept returns of items that have been washed, worn, or damaged after receipt.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

 

7. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
